I'd never been to a PT before but Rich is super friendly and really made the sessions informative and welcoming. He knew exactly how to push me and I'm now stronger than ever and understand, and actually enjoy, weight training. I also had some fantastic sessions with Sophia when she's stepped in to cover. Using Flex Studio has made me feel more capable and confident. I highly recommend it
